i kinda hate to bump old threads. but the reg fix does work. and when the headphones are unplugged, to mute the speakers. just mute wave channel aswell as master volume. itll all be muted.

the nec 6750a took my old faceplate and looks good. but, the faceplate doesnt say dvd/rw dl on it. ohwell. it burns verbatim DL disks at 6x. havent got the money or time to find 8x disks yet.
