idk where ghn got his numbers from :P but id say in reality: 700$ from a forum/craigslist 900$ from ebay thats USD its an outdated video card, you didnt even list the proc/speed/which gen of c2d eaither way, under 800 tops
up just upgraded it to 2gb of ram still same price going to 500 shipped to your door!

i have owned one of these, but it was an 8510p iirc.... very nice build quality and sturdy, magnezium alloy sp* chasis, very stong!
speedfan is software, it wont be as accurate as physically testing it its only hot if you cant put your palm at the hottest part for over 10 seconds

Dell XPS 1330 is my recomendation and you can get SSD with it to the person who said SSD's arent what they are cracked up to be.......how exactly are they not? the whole point isnt to be faster than platter hard...
