Working on this Compaq mobo in a custom case. Its a 400fsb skt478 pc133 ram mobo http://www.alancomputech.com/252608-001.html Cant find a manual for it at all. I need to know where the pwr led/swtch goes to boot it up...

you spent more on the apple then the hp im sure so costs more, keep your customer base, chuck them a free battery.....why not? hp needs every dime they can get..... i know a few rep's, they typicaly do a case by case...

i use water bottle or soda bottle caps to rise it up so air can flow into it compressed air to clean it out once a week if its super hot could try a better therm paste, if it has pads on it scrape them off ect.... have a fan...

tl;dr

take keyboard out, wash it with water/mild soap let it dry for a few days... use a usb keyboard in the mean time

I have yet to own a 901, but ive had the 701, 1000h, and 900 if the 901 has the same glossy paint job on the back of the lcd much like the 1000h, i wouldnt get it its so annoying seeing all your finger prints, unsure why asus...
