Unless you have already done the work, hooking it up to the battery is a pain. Installed my stereo system and had to hook the amp up to the batt. It involves drilling a hole for the cord to go from the bat to inside the car. Now on...
No diff cards to test, but can confirm the same problem. When my daughter runs over to see what I'm doing, steps on the cord from the card to the sound system, bam, BSoD.
Military, been in 5 years (I'm 23), currently E-6, clear 50k/yr. Jobs in my tech fields (industrial engineering) outside of the military start in the 50-90k/yr range and hold steady there. These are the no degree life experience type...

My specs are a little different than yours, but fairly close. It's an "old" M170. Has the single core 2.1, 2gb ram, and a 7800 go gtx. I run the game at native resolution (1920x1200). Almost everything maxed. I have...
I am very happy with my change from the 6800 ultra to the 7800gtx. That extra juice allows me to play at high settings at native resolution on all my games. Can't use AA and AF on some, but still allows me to play at native resolution.
Could also try NHC. I have mine set for dynamic switching between 6x and 16x. Also have the voltages dropped to .7 and 1.1 Now I don't have one of the new laptops, but running this program helped me drop the temp a lot (so I could...
Hmm, are these clear shields that you just slide a piece of paper under?
Grass is a personal preference. I like it, I have it thinned out and shortened some, I also play at native resolution with 6x AF on. I like the sharper textures and the realism. I don't mind playing at 30fps outside, 40-50 inside.
Ok, each of those numbers is a multiplyer. It multiplies your bus speed by that number and that is what your processor is going to run at. The way speed step works, is you start out at the 6x, and as your processor gets more loading...
