Is the Intel Dual Core 64 bit?

Just want to see what everyone thinks. Would you buy the 8204 now or wait for a new Ferrari to come out?

So the Intel Core Duo and the new AMD dual core chip will not/are not 64-bit? If we want a 64-bit dual core laptop how long will we have to wait?
