How about defragging your HD. I noticed FEAR lagging when the HD was active. After the defrag all was fine.

I read that on nVidia's site too but it is wrong. My 7800 GO has 16 pixel shaders, 6 vertex shaders and runs at 250MHz Core and 658MHz DDR3 Memory. I have overclocked my card without any problems to 375MHz Core and 910MHz memory.

Definately nothing wrong with my DVD drive. I can't hear it at all.
