raycaster: instead of having ghost making an autobooting dvd, i made a ghost image, and using NERO, made a bootable DVD with GHOST in it....i thinks that's easier. my 2 cents
does your hard drive work when you're playing? that's probably caused by something that's accesing your hard drive while you play, like some antivirus scanner, or anti spyware scanners. Try disabling those and see if it works hope it...

there's a program called KILLCMOS, which will erase any CMOS password (BIOS Accesing password, not admin password to boot the machine). Just google it, and put it on a floppy drive or bootable CD. Run the program and VOILA! no more CMOS...
which is the matching dvd burner? i was interested in the NEC 6500A, but toshiba makes one too, so does AOPEN, and LITEON.... Is there any site reviewing this drives? i didn't get much while googling for them, i've read pretty good...
