Anyone know where I can get a cracked bios for my Amilo A 1667g, I want to be able to access all the hidden and locked options.

Doesn't MXM mean the same coonector and same shape for GPU's, surely the only differnece will be the clocks, the cooling would be the same! I guess I'll have to go read up on MXM hardware again!

What speed is the Ram?

Generally larger laptops need larger PSU's becuase they have a higher specification and more packed into them. But this is not always true.

Ok so does anybody know where to get MXM graphics cardss from because I can't find any online, my Amilo takes 1/2 so compatability isn't much of an issue its just finding thats a pain in the ass.

More likely the hard disk than anything else, Laptop hasrd disks have safety measures in place to stop the reader from hitting the plates when the computer crashes but they are not fool proof, you might find that the hard disk is dead....

Try everest home, its quite good on systems its compatible with, but you might find that very few programs are compatible, laptop Mobo's are rarely supported, mine is impossible to get readings on.

I had the same problem with my Amilo A1667g, I was able to use the keyobard in the BIOS and boot menus but not at all in Windows, i solved the problem by resetting the CMOS. If you don't know how then 1) Unplug your laptop and...
