The floppy is swappable. I swap my floppy drive with my CD drive all the time. It's pretty easy - just flip the laptop over and push the latch while pulling the drive out. dgantony.

I have the 256MB USB Drive . Works great with XP and 2K. Got a good deal at Costco dgantony.

Actually I am not that proficient in Linux. The Zaurus is good for a non techie too. In fact the default installation does not come with the file browser or command shell installed. You don't need to know that you are running Linux....
