How big is the ISO?

Well I've put the old card in but can't flash back to the i9300 bios. The original rapidshare link doesn't work anymore and when I try a flashbios update the laptop won't let me as it's "running on an unsupported...

Has anyone done this? I'm getting a new laptop so want to sell the 7800GTX, battery and psu and go back to the X300. What order do I do the downgrade? ie bios flash etc Thanks

I just did a fresh install and the same is happening to my i9300. Before, if I set to Maximum Performance (Quickset) Speedstep would be enabled. ????????????
