I have a notebook cooler which i only use if im running my laptop for more than 24hrs straight. undervolting will not slowdown your notebook..it will be better for other component because of less strain from heat.

you can undevolt your cpu so it will run cooler. There's a good guide in this forum http://www.notebookforums.com/showthread.php?t=70943 . I undervolt my Compaq v4000 and Compaq r3000 so they run cooler.

i recently bought a gca-4040 drive at ebay..actually same model with my r3000 but the one i got have a different faceplate(hxxxx model). but knowing that they are same make and model with just different faceplate i just take off my old...

For HD you can look at Newegg or tigerdirect. For the HD bracking you can search at ebay. There are some nice deals with HD at ebay if you know how to find one but its a safer bet to buy to newegg.

There are lots of PC2700 200 pins that you can find at newegg. I would suggest buying at newegg instead of ebay. At least if you receive a bad memory you can still return/exchange it. I usually dont see any reason to buy pc3200 memory...
