Ah, maybe we will see a lot more XPS technology in new Alienware systems. There some features on the XPS that I would love to see in Alienware systems.
Maybe this is a head-fake. Dell could just as easily dismantle the Alienware brand since they own it and all of it's IP. This would effectively takie a major player out of the market, leave one less choice for consumers, and hopefully...
A 5% failure/problem rate is pretty much unacceptable across most manfacturing standards. That is 1 in 20 laptops that go out the door have not passed QA.
