i have dell d600, battery fully charged, not powering up
when i plugged the charger in then the light on thr charger goes off
what can be faulty, it will not power up at all, is it mother baord issues

i have installed all the apps drivers etc, when i try and install the bluetooth driver it says to me, press FN - f2 to activate, well it is activated but i get message saying bluetooth radio is not on to carry on with...

i have been sent 2nd battery by dell the
2nd model is U4873 = 7200mAh - capacity 80WHand
first one is D5318,= 4800mAh - capacity 53WH
i would like to know what is the difference apart from the ratings,
