Which laptop is better for it's price? A8Js with 2gb RAM+7200RPM HD for 1997 CAD or the G1 stock for 2214 CAD? they both come with Vista I don't really mind the extra bulk of the G1 as it's usually on my desktop...but is the extra...
well i'm selling my w3j tomorrow haha so now it comes down to...which laptop is better...A8Js or G1? i'll be buying from milestonePC...1749 for the a8js, and 2259 for the g1 both come with vista i'll be upgrading the a8js to 2gb...
all i got to say is....go look at one in real life, it's absolutely beautiful...i took a look at it yesterday comparing the a8js and the g1...and even though the g1 was alot pricier, i focused all my attention on the g1..i was drawn in...
Hard Drive speed only speeds up LOADING speeds right? It won't directly have an effect on frames per second and quality in games right? Cuz I'm thinking of keeping the 5400RPM on the G1...instead of upgrading to a 7200 for another 60...
Is there a way to disable the flashing lights from turning on when you use Direct X on the Asus G1? I'd imagine it would be awfully obvious to the professor if i'm in class and running a session of dota or something lol... and is 2 lbs...
i was thinking of just getting an Asus G1...and not get an external monitor...not sure if that makes any sense. but i want 64-bit processing and 2gb to run vista...my w3j is 32bit and only 2 x 512mb of ram which makes upgrading...
