I think you'll be miserable with Visual studio on a 14" screen.

Just download the demo...you'll get your answer. Just be patient...it's about 2 gigs.

yeah my first thought was the damn touchpad. But that usualy drops whole sentences . I just hate when It's on and I accidently touch it why my thumb while typing.

Like the other poster said. Check your RAM. Also check your temps and check if your fans are working properly.

FEAR might be a good option. Same kinda game...with great atmosphear and uses the HL2 engine.

First thing is contact them tell them you arent satified with the screen. Usualy they send a guy to change the LCD. I dont know if it depends on the warrantly you have tho.

it's your choice...but I've seen may people get credits for the inconvinence or replacements for that kind of stuff. Some other might have better info but I'm wondering if you should keep your old DVD player if you ever have to return...
