this laptop bios doesnt have any options for boot order like a desktop bios hasor my e1705. All i can change is the time...in bios

I have a inspiron 5150(dells abortion I know), when it boots up, it beeps twice, then says "no bootable devices found", I found that if i hit f12 during the dell boot screen and manually select boot from internal hard drive it...

i installed it yesturday, build 5381 i think, used the driver update utility and it found all my drivers for the most part. The only problem was that if i tried to play a song with mediaplayer 11, the thing would lock up and go bsod on...
