That does seem quite slow. Even non-optomized should be faster on a fresh format. I would try reformating it again if you can. If you get the same results its either the memory or possibly the HDD. Other ideas, is your ram from Dell or...

hmm, it took me 3-4days in boxing, Im not sure if they do any work over the weekend, but Monday seems reasonable. This step involves a good bit mroe than it sounds. Maybe Friday, but Monday sounds correct.

WOW really isnt that gpu demanding, it should run fine.

alt-tabbing and ending the game are known to cause crashes on almost every machine. I havent really heard anything about your other problems.
