Have you used a WXGA+ screen before? I have one in my M90, and I love it. I actually choose WXGA+ over WUXGA (although to me the ideal resolution is WSXGA+)

As everyone said, you can have a desktop replacement notebook easily. However if you don't need the mobility, get a desktop. Desktops are cheaper and more upgradable than notebooks...
Just so you know, I payed $1089 for my Dell M90 with the Quadro FX1500 (wich is basically the 7900gs). Go to the dell outlet and search for M90s, thre are ALWAYS good deals there... Last night I saw one with: WUXGA screen Core 2 Duo...
