It happens on my 6000 as well. I have the x300 64mb with Omega drivers. After it has been on for a couple of minutes, 2 blinks.

Dell shows it shipped Friday the 24th, I received it on Monday the 27th

I ordered my 6000 on 2/20 nad received it on 2/27. That was with 3-5 day shipping. Pretty quick.
