I bought my HP Pavilion zv5320us about a year and a half ago, it's got XP home. It has worked fine since I bought it, but a few days ago it started shutting off whenever the CPU is under load. For example: I'm watching an avi file...

Yeah, I've never dropped it or done anything damaging and I've always been really careful with it but it still broke... Do you think it's something that I could get repaired by someone/somewhere?

As you can see in the pictures, the plastic part of the screen's hinge has come apart slightly. I didn't drop it or anything, it just occured out of nowhere. The reason I'm concerned about it is that now my screen won't stay open very...

Just to update, The disk was physically damaged. I replaced it with a Samsung 120 gb and now everything is working great!
