Oh...it is small but not that small.

I use the Lide 30 scanner and it is quite an awesome little scanner and I got it on ebay for like $40.

Tag this thread since I'm looking to get an X50 soon.

Mine was doing that the other day and I had to call tech suport for road runner and they reset the cable modem from their end and then it worked fine.

And maybe they are trying to make good on a bad experience.
