I am going to send it in to Acer to get it fix. They told me it will take 14 working days.

actually, I have been running into problems installing the lan driver. I d/l the file frmo the acer website and can't find the setup file. Do I just extract it to a seperate folder and go to device manager to install driver? please...

I actually d/l the sp2 now and it's still not working. I have checked my device manager and seems like the lan driver is not install. I will probably try to install the epower mangement again tonight. Thx for your help
