As long as you can revert things back to stock clocks if you have to send it back, they shouldn't be able to tell if you OC'd it or not. That is, unless you got a bit mad and manage to get scorch marks round your GPU...

Definitely clear all the Dell garbage off there; they put so much unnecessary stuff on there its unbelievable. Also install some decent mobile drivers like the X-Treme G Mobile GeForce Drivers (stickied in this forum section).
