The problem is entirely down to Speedstepping on processors, which unbelievably, EA still haven't fixed. This problem has been widely known about since FIFA 2005 or before. Download this, and set your clock speed to run at maximum......

Well, it throttles down at 115c. If it reaches that kind of temp, then you should turn the overclock down definitely.

Mine got to 470/1250 and got through 3dMark twice absolutely fine at those settings. Never tried it higher.
