Yes! This was very handy for me when I reformatted my laptop a few months ago. Go into My Documents on your desktop, and look for a folder called 'NFS Most Wanted'. Inside that folder should be a folder with your NFSMW user name...

Why would you want to? You can change all the perameters in Windows.
You have no reason to worry about RAM temps. The only time your RAM would be overheating would be if you'd overclocked it, and that's not possible.
