ok spent about 2 hrs on TS last night and talked to a wonderful lady who was very helpful. i am now boxing my laptop up and sending it back today. she believes it is the mobo. hopefully all will be resolved... i really wished...

had teh same prob...i believe it is a codec issue....i think i dl bsplayer and it fixed it...not sure right now since i am os-less

now does the detox clinic have interent connections in your room? cause i cant go anywhere without my laptop :-)
