well my head officially hurts.. i spent all of last night (6:00-9:00) on the phone with tech support. ran through all the testing just like the previous time, and ended up at the formatting stage of re-installing xp and then the support...

well just when i let my guard down and thought that everything was smooth sailings.. my hd has went out again.. uggg so frustrated right now. this means that i have lost all the programs and info that i have had for teh third...

ok...well this has a happy ending... spent 2 hrs on tech support last sat and they confirmed that the hd was bad...sent me a new one and now i am running smooth! rodger was very helpful and a great help!!! great job alienware tech upport!

yeah i play hl2 on mine as well and have had no problems at all....

well i spent 2 hrs with TS sat and they are sending me a new hard drive. rodger was a great help as well!! shouldbe getting the drive in a couple of days and hopefully smooth sailing from now on!!

it is awesome to hear something positive about the depot!!
