yep, no harm. It will heat up a bit from the load, but todays modern cpu's have protection from overheating. They just throttle back with no damage done You will be fine

This kind of worries me. I have a 18 month old zv5000 with no problems yet. After reading this, im gonna be extra easy on her. haha
