An easy way would be to capture the video using your software and use Fraps to take a screenshot.
Else, you could capture it, save it on your hard drive, open it with VLC and take a screenshot via VLC.

Do you have it set to DHCP?
Start->Control Panel->Network Connections->Local Area Connection->Properties->TCP/IP->Properties->General
