Rince- I had both the 1.7 and the 2.0. I noticed the 2.0 ran hotter and the fan kicked more frequently. If I were you I would stick with the 1.7 for the time being. Thanks for your help again with the OS install.

Thanks guys. I have checked the language settings in internet explorer and it is set to English. Hopefully I just have to wait for a couple days for Microsoft to recognize XP Pro.
