I'm having a similar problem... esc and tilde just stopped working on my 5720, no particular reason. Any help on disassembly to get the keyboard out would be appreciated.... or other solutions....

Sager built my custom 5720-c in like a day, and with regular ground shipping across the US I had mine in 6 hours shy of a week... I ordered through PCT, Highly recommended.

I have the driver zip file, and I've tried a few things to no avail, but I still have a couple of ideas left... I'll stay in touch when I get around to tinkering with it some more....

I'll give that a try at home... And i promise to never ever ran like that again... I would understand being banned after all that...
