Well, firstly, it comes with 3 years of support so you don't have to rely on a forum where most of the people can't solve your problem. Secondly, you're a Rep for Dell and you can't get a replacement or next day business service?! Come on.

The fingerprint reader is excellent. Much MUCH better then IBM. I haven't had any trouble with it. Security/Fingerprint software is excellent I think as well.

I played Quake 4 on mine and it was fine. I'm sure it can handle WoW just fine since I hear you can handle that on integrated.
