the only reason i can think to go for the 260 is that is a sanoma and hence _may_(i could not figure it out from their page) have intel HD sound.

If you are willing to lose the pentium M you can get the MSI s270(they sell an intel model but it has intel graphics) its small(12inch widescreen) and has the ati xpress 200m, its no gaming chip, but is better then any other integrated...
Cpu speed is a linear increase in performance, so whatever percent higher a chip MHz is(on the same chips of course, no comparing intel to AMD) that is how many percent better the chip will perform on CPU intensive tasks.

the x700 is about TWICE as fast, you really should that that into consideration, and if you really like the FS, might say(i know i am being bias) you give a look at the S, its the FS spec for spec except smaller (even the same res screen).
