Depends whether they have it in stock or not and the extra days needed for painting. Gentech is very respectable.

Is'nt the reset hole just to shut off the laptop in case you cant in Windows or by holding down the power button?

Get an external USB keyboard and hook that up and see if it works. Most likely the keyboard is unplugged from somewhere inside the notebook, if you are comfortable opening your notebook up by following the instructions in the manual try...

It was very simple, although putting the RAM stick took me a little extra time because the empty slot on my S96J was next to the wireless module, so I didnt have much room to work in.

Sometimes the battery wear level is displayed incorrectly by programs.
