thats not what i meant. i meant when i start it up fps is either limited to 60 or 100. sometimes its capped off to 100 or 60fps the only way to change it is to alt-tab out and come back in or restart the game and it will be a 50/50...

figured it out i used the air in a can and just sprayed my vent everything runs much much cooler CS runs awsome now. just that sometimes i max out at 100fps and sometimes i max out at 60fps i have no idea why.
