The best answer to that would probably come from talking to a few different licensed electricians in your area.
Should work, as far as I'm aware it's identical to the T9500 with the only difference being a lower TDP.

One of the best ways to handle physx is to use video drivers that don't come with the drivers, like DOX optimized drivers from laptopvideo2go and then installing the Physx drivers separately so that they have their own control...
Use Windows SteadyState.

That's normal, the shipping labels already have the tracking number on them so Dell would be able to give it to you the moment they slap it on the box even though it's still sitting in their warehouse. It exactly the same as shipping...
