um.. most of those were related to delays in delivery. With Hypersonic, you have instant access to tech support (in-house by same technicians that build them) and they cover shipping both ways via overnight for repair/parts replacement....
I have the AX7. Paint job is deep, rich, flawless and durable. If you ask over the phone, they will do high-end graphics work as well.
The also have the best customer service and technical support of any company selling notebooks.
