You can use a DOS-based program like eraserd which is included in the download for the Windows version. http://www.tolvanen.com/eraser/download.shtml wrt the Dell partitions, you could delete them and create one 'big' partition...

Not sure how rmbr does its 'counting'.... The Dell Diagnostic partition type might throw it off, but like I said, I don't pretend to understand how rmbr works.... 2/3 may be appropriate as well if it 'skips' over any extended partitions...
