yeah sent in a support question. tried logging in and posting to support forums at alienware but 24 hours later "a moderator has not approved my post". Not sure why. Should get a response within 24 hours though.

2nd dvd-rw drive not recognizing any disk i put in it...hmmm. 1st one works though. hate to rma whole machine. thank goodness i've got on site service.
