Ok I figured out how to display frame rate. I played the first part at the very highest resolution and settings (except hdr) and was averaging 20 fps. I would go down to about 14-20 sometimes and would go up to 30-40 other times...

I disabled the 3945 in the bios and removed the Intel software. I ran HijackThis and disabled all non essential crap from starting up and then ran 3dmark06 and increased the score.

I have run both 3dmark05 and 3dmark06 again. I have not been able to duplicate the 8639 score again. I close most processes. I will keep trying, also I am going to test Oblivian again.
