Could it be that notebook lcd is usually not at eye level. Where lcd monitor you can adjust up and down.

Did you guys who got the samsung order it from Dell home?

I got my xps also and it is the LG screen. It has sparkles and light leakage on top and bottom. Is it better to ask for new system or just screen replacement?

Does it say K9975 or K9922?

You have to see it for yourself. Everyone is different. My xps2 is in boxing so we'll see if I like it.
