Is this going from the laptop to an external monitor? Sounds like your using a CRT. Only seen a small square and big black box around it problem on CRTs. More nfo PLEASE

Something is fouled up. Typo maybe - but 0.3 makes no sense at all - unless its one crappy ass cam. Which makes sense. Never seen a .3 cam before tho.
