Honestly I have been dealing with Dell for 3 months on this. The file would do you no good. And unfortunately we did not save the file and export it, so he would have to do it all over again. He had some free time and was just wasteing...

Personally and professionally, I am thru with Dells. A simple solution and yet they refuse to acknowledge it.

The whole mess is a shame.
