Well...I don't really know what to say. The numbers are consistent (that's good), but kinda low (that's bad). My best guess is an issue with the video card. 3Dm03 is heavily gpu based, so it may be a failing vid card. What kind of score...
Are you playing on battery? Check the gpu clocks...if I remember right, you underclocked it at one point to keep from crashing...make sure they are back at stock (at least). Stock speed is 351/202 for the mr9600, higher for the mr9700,...

I would think that since you still have to complete quests, it wouldn't detract too much from the game...seeing as how you could steal the items you want to buy, I don't see much difference
