I'll vote for the mushkin as well, threw 2x 1Gb sticks of 667 in the other day and my 9400 hasn't missed a beat FWIW, the 1Gb 667 dell stick i took out was Samsung branded, I put it in friends 9400 who had 1Gb of 533 (Hynix brand)...
