I have a Dell Dimension 8100 which did that after installing new video and sound card. Turned out that the power supply wasn't able to handle the load of the new video card. a new higher wattage power supply solved the problem.

Logitech's gaming mouse works well, but as someone else mentioned, its shape is a bit awkward. I found that if my thumb was as long as my middle finger, it would have fit my hand better.
