I have the ASUS W5Ae, so I don't have it I guess only the W5F has it. Well I live in Fremont, and the ASUS headquarters is like 5 minutes from me. I guess I'll just bring it to them sometime soon and see what they can do.

Yes, I put in 2 fresh AA batteries. When I turn it on, the red light on the bottom comes on, everything is fine except in Logitech's SetPoint, I don't have the "My Mouse" tab, though I do have the "Tools" tab.
