actually it's a known problem due to a little program called InCD. It's installed somewhere either with the default software or with Nero. I just uninstalled and cleared the registry manually and reinstalled with the lastest version...

Ok, how can we tell if this InCD is installed? I'm having the lockup/reboot problem as well. Tried a retail version of Nero 6 and the CD my 5680 came with, same deal both times. Downlaoding the newest off the 'net.

visibly, for designers, the screen real estate is very important, not as important for games.

I agree with all the above, 3+ and the 7200 drive will be good, most will be the 7200 drive with access time. as long as the 2.8 is HT it will be great for you... and make sure you get a ton of RAM

Sager, they are the same as far as I can tell but you get your sager ~$1000 cheaper depending on settings. Basically like clothes, paying for name branding

If you have the money, the guys at pctorque.com have what I feel are the best laptops for the price. If you are financing, I would look into the Dell XSP(?) that is shipping next month. Not sure how soon you need it though. Sager is...
