yeah i never realized it but the 8790 did beat the 5690 in most (all?) of the benchmarks when you overclocked the 8790 to the 5690's stock clock speed.

Ok, I want more USB/Firewire ports. And it'd be nice if they came out of the side of the notebook, unlike the built-in firewire that comes with the 8790. Are there any PCMCIA (is this the right acronym; I always screw it up...) cards...
