Sorry to say but you cannot upgrade your card. If you just bought, you can return the system and get another one with a dedicated card in it. Dell been having good deals on system lately.

Must likely you will be charged full price. Just call 1-877-896-5427 and ask.

Make sure that your CPU is on at full speed by setting your power management to always on.

What spec of the M1710 did dell gave you borrego?
